“Waited almost 15 minutes to check in because the front desk staff were not present. Also, the floor in the room as dirty because my white socks are black on the bottom. The sink drained super slow, lightbulb above the hot tub in the room was flickering bad and the room is overdue for a face lift. Wallpaper was bubbling in one of the corners as if there was a leak or something. Parking lot was full out back near our room.”

“The hotel staff was friendly and polite, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was disappointing. The elevator was dirty and smelled strongly of urine, which gave a very poor first impression. I also didn't like that housekeeping only cleaned the rooms every other day instead of daily. On the second day, we needed clean towels, but none were left in our room. When we went to the front desk to ask for some, the employee told us they didn't have any clean towels...

“The staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The room was spacious. The breakfast was absolutely killer. 10/10. The gym had a great assortment of equipment. The indoor pool was great. The location was perfect. You didn't hear traffic all night, but you could still get to anything you needed within 5/10 minutes. There is a large pond and park on the grounds in front of the hotel with Lilly pads in the pond and the most serene setting to sit and relax and read.
