“The hotel was great. The only issue was that the bartender was responsible for cooking the food in the bar and serving it while maintaining the bar. The poor person was running ragged. It was very distressing for the employee. It seems like an impossible job and the hotel definitely needed to staff The position better. They had to turn people away for food and drinks. ”

“In reception non informano del fatto che una tassa addizionale, chiamata destination fee, verrà aggiunta alla fine: lo si scopre solo se si spulcia nella custodia che mi hanno dato al check in. Inoltre 40 dollari a notte per il parcheggio sono tanti. La risposta dell'hotel è stata che, per essere competitivi com gli altri hotel hanno ridotto il prezzo del pernottamento e spostato il costo in un voce nascosta.”

“Staying here is like coming home - the staff is always so friendly and helpful. And whatever room we are assigned is always clean and comfortable. One thing that needed fixing was a loose carpet tile in the elevator - no maintenance personnel on the weekend, but it was fixed after.”

"The hotel quality was average, with a nice swimming pool and very good room cleaning service. On the downsides, the hotel has no laundry and we were particularly unlucky as our neighbors did run an apparently very entertaining (for them..) night party from 1030pm till 2am. That is not a fault of the hotel obviously, nevertheless we asked the reception for support at about midnight and if any action was taken, it had no effect on the party…"
